Entries open today for Wine Communicator of Australia (WCA)’s coveted Wine Communicator Awards, which have been recognising outstanding excellence in wine communication since 2013.
WCA Executive Officer, Ruth Harris says, “I am pleased to declare the fourteenth annual Wine Communicator Awards open for entries”.
“With 13 different categories, these Wine Communicator Awards truly celebrate the best communicators in the wine industry and recognise the diverse communication channels – from wine articles to cellar door to wine labels. What’s new this year? We’ve revised the Best Innovative Packaging Award to be the Best Packaging Design Award to focus more closely on how great packaging design conveys the brand’s story and the wine attributes in a recognisable way.
We are also anticipating more entries for the two categories that were new last year. Wineries are invited to nominate their marketing staff for Best Wine Communicator: Marketing, and we encourage wineries, distributors, restaurants and retailers to put their sales people forward for Best Wine Communicator: Sales”.
Entering these Wine Communicators Awards is more than just a chance to win a trophy. It’s an opportunity to showcase your communication excellence, elevate your professional profile, and celebrate the impact you’ve made.
